Stewed mullet


Ingredients (for 4 person:
4 medium- size mullets 500 gr. shrimps 500 gr. calamari 200 gr. champignon mushrooms 1 clove of garlic 100 gr. extra-virgin olive oil salt, pepper and parsley as needed
Clean well the mullets. Put calamari, shrimps and some mushrooms in a grease- proof paper cut oval dressing with extra- virgin olive oil, salt, pepper, chopped parsley, chopped garlic. Close well the cornet (put a little bit of egg around the grease- proof paper to stick. Put the extra- virgin olive oil in a baking- tin and put the cornet and cook in the oven for about 20 minutes. Serve hot.
